Glazed Ham

Glazed Ham with Orange Marmalade & Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham (about 4–6 lbs)

  • ½ cup orange marmalade

  • ¼ cup yellow mustard

  • ½ tsp ground allspice

  • Optional: pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 250°F

  2. Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, mix orange marmalade, yellow mustard and allspice until smooth.

  3. Score Ham (optional): Lightly score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern so the glaze penetrates.

  4. Apply Glaze: Brush half the glaze over the ham. Reserve the rest for later.

  5. Bake: Place ham in a roasting pan, cover loosely with foil, and bake for about 1 hour.

  6. Glaze Again: Remove foil in the last 10–15 minutes, brush with remaining glaze, and let it caramelize slightly.

  7. Rest and Serve: Remove from oven, let rest 10 minutes, slice, and serve.
