Apple and Honey Oatcakes
Simple, sweet, and nourishing—a nod to the apple harvest and honey as an offering to the fae.
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter or coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup milk or water
1 small apple, grated
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Combine wet ingredients and grated apple, then stir into dry mix.
Shape into small patties on a baking sheet.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
